For sanitary purposes and for the safety of our customers, we strictly cannot accept returns at this time. Our lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. All lashes and products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.
International Shipping rates vary based on distance and weight. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note there may be a delay in order tracking and delivery due to Customs processing time.
We are not in control of the Customs processing time, and cannot predict the length this process may take. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and/or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to Rokael Beauty due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery fees.
When a package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order not received by the customer; however, please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the mail carrier. Please contact your local post office/mail carrier to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active/update.
