No Returns for Sanitary Reasons

For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products including lashes, lip items, or other cosmetics.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your package. To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The product must not be worn, swatched, or altered in any way.

  • Photos may be required to verify the issue.

Final Sale Items

All sale items including those purchased with a promotional code or at a marked-down price are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding as we uphold the highest product integrity standards. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and mail carrier.

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes).


International Shipping

International shipping rates vary based on order weight and destination. All international orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 5–20 business days, depending on your location and mail carrier. Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays in tracking updates and delivery.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. By law, we cannot lower invoice values or mark shipments as gifts.


Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

If reshipment is not requested, we will issue a refund for the order amount excluding shipping costs.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the mail carrier confirms delivery. If this occurs, please contact your local post office or carrier directly to file a claim and begin an investigation.
